Stop password requirement on lid close

On my wife's IBM thinkpad T40, whenever we close the lid, you must put a password back in to unlock the user. However, in KDE4 I have all of those settings turned off. When I researched, it said to go after files in /etc/acpi/events but I didn't see anywhere to turn off the xscreensaver lid password deal. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!
