ShadowFoxLSU
Alright, time for yall to know one of my "hidden talents". I have taken 2+ years of drafting and have been a wood craftsman since I was 12 (it's my dad's favorite hobby). anyway, I have drafted a design for an entertainment center and a computer desk. I want to redo my plans in an autocad compatable program

Michel
Hopefully this helps also some(have fun): http://www.linux.org/apps/all/Graphics/CAD/CAM.html: SagCad looks like it can do quite some things already, but maybe also teh other programs .. I haven't looked at them good, so I advise to have a look yourself to see what fits your needs ofcourse. The following project describes itselfs as: lignumCAD is a tool for designing furniture: http://lignumcad.sourceforge.net/doc/en/HT...HTML/index.html http://www.tech.oru.se/cad/varkon/index.htm http://pfrostie.freeservers.com/cad-tastra.../cad.page7.html
