thiyagesh Posted December 16, 2003 Report Share Posted December 16, 2003 hi can somebody help with my installation Mandrake 9.2 i have amd xp 2400+ asus motherboard A7N266VM (nvidia geforce2 integerated CPU) usb keyboard,usb mouse LG Flatron ES700 monitor etc... after installation it hangs after Starting APM daemon service...... Then i went into fail-safe mode and tried startx keyboard and mouse stoppped working then i edited /et/modules.conf changed probeall usb-interface usb-ohci to probeall usb-interface usb-uhci hid ehci-hcd after changing this it hangs after finding new hardware .... so i disabled this service also and started startx now my keyboard works but mouse does not can somebody help me with both keyboard and mouse and during installation mandrake did not probe my monitor also, gave it as generic....
