September 25th, 2002 - Guess what? - It's been certified LSB 1.2-compliant today (ProSuite Edition), it's called + Dolphin ;. It's a major evolution in the Linux-desktop field, and will also empower your servers like never before. Mandrake Linux 9.0 (Dolphin), is available. Read our press-release, discover all the great and unique features, pre-order it at MandrakeStore.com. Download is available through the usual mirrors, and Club Members benefit from an extended range of download places. Last but not least: enjoy it! Update: as usual, it can be difficult to access mirrors; if you don't find any mirror available it's better to come back tomorrow.

Okay...... You NEED CD3 if you want the kernel source. I don't know why they changed that... But oh well.
-
Yeah, you can get 3D to work, but you can't play UT2003. Period. At least not yet.
-
-
You will need CD3 for development programs.
I posted a link to the contents in a previous message. Don't ask which one.
Bluebeard.
That sucks severely...
I installed RC3 and was able to compile things just fine with that, and I didn't use CD3.
Oh well, if I need it, I'll get it later.
-
Uhh, your GF2MX will actually run the game, whereas the Radeon won't.
Unless you install Windows, of course.
-
Yes, you should have asked.
Here's my advice: Don't buy UT2003. I hope you weren't expecting it to actually work with that card anyhow...
-
You probably won't need CD3.
It's all internationalization stuff.
-
Cyclops, I can hook you up, if you need it. But my link is only about 40K or so, if that. Email me if you want it.
-
JERK!!!!!
I'm only getting 120K....
Meh.
I hope this is worth the overcharges to my Internet bill.....
-
That looks cool.
-
Uhh, no... They are the final. Read PCLinuxOnline. Also, check the file sizes.
I'm getting them now at 120K.
I doubt I should do this, but I've still got a week before Red Hat 8 comes out.
-
Hah.
That would be the final... Just like last time.
-
Some people get really mad when you say that.
"Well, Linux isn't for everyone."
"What is THAT supposed to mean????"
-
I agree with paul, and in fact, I was working on a tutorial for CLI burning... But I'm back in school, so it's slow going.

My site is running off a P166 or P200, I can't recall... It's afrosheen's baby, not mine.
My home server/gateway/firewall is this:
Dual PII 333MHz CPUs
512MB ECC RAM
Maxtor 40GB 5400RPM HDD

Hey, I found that on accident, so I posted it in here since on the old board it was a frequently asked question. If people want to use Microsoft's OS, then they can get their help from Microsoft. I'm sure if they called Microsoft they have a tech support staff dedicated to helping people remove LiLo and Linux from computers. It's probaby a free service too.

I heard that CDBakeOven is good, but I use eRoaster.
-
If you want to know how to do this, please, read the documentation on your operating system's website. Chances are that this is Microsoft Windows, so you would go to:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...;EN-US;Q247804&
Thanks!

They probably wrote in OpenOffice.org and it has the crappie spellchek (US Engrish ownlie) and not grammar check.
