Nope, I'm not kidding :P
I'm asking because on Kde there's alot of xtra stuff to pick, a jungle to be exactly. So I guess Gnome must have alot of extra stuff too.
I'm running Gnome ubuntu, but somehow I can't find this file browser: http://www.kernow-webhosting.com/~bvc/them...tal-Harmony.jpg
Any Idea what's called?

Did you get it to work? Because my keyboard locks up (and I understand that other members also got this problem)

uh?...this thread still alive?
ehrm...I choosed not to install Gentoo for the time being, I think I need some more "experience" and knowledge. Instead I've installed Ubuntu 4.10 as my 2. linux distro as a play ground for experiments and stuff I want to try. Though the wise says that ubuntu is made for the none-konsole, but I can't stop using console (it's much easier sometimes).
Thanks for the input guys and girls :)
Cheers

The Realplayer plugin should install itself if you install realplayer.rpm (via urmpi)
The mplayer I'm not so sure, if I remember correct there is a plugin for mozilla as rpm (via urmpi) but not to firefox.
As for mplayer there's a rpm plugin, can't remember which, I'll check when I get home.
EDIT: About the mozilla plugin, It's because it's mozilla and not for firefox (stand alone version)
But I don't know if it's possible to move it to mozilla-firefox folder from mozilla folder. Perhaps another member could answer on that question.

Did you checked if the plugins is installed on firefox?
Open firefox type 'about:plugins' in the adresse box.
