  1. Hi!

I have an Leatek Winfast TV2000 Expert tuner and Mandriva 2005LE. But it didn't work. Have anyone same combination and it works? Or have you any trick for it?

    In MCC it appear like:

    Vendor: ?Hauppauge
Description: ?WinTV PCI card (88x chip based)
    Media class: ?MULTIMEDIA_VIDEO

    Bus: ?PCI
    Bus PCI #: ?1
    PCI device #: ?7
    PCI function #: ?0

    Tvtime say that:

    Thank you for using tvtime.

    QTRadio say

    Can't open device /dev/radio

Observe that /dev/video0 and /dev/radio are missing.

  3. hi!

recently i buy a new pc: cpu amd 64 3000+ 939, mb gigabyte k8nf9 4x (nforce4 chipset), pcie gigabyte radeon x9600, 2x512mb pc2700, hdd ide 120gb (is from the old system), hlds combo.

i install mdk 10.1, both x86 and x84_64. the problem is that my video use vesa driver. i try to install drivers from ati site but don't work. i think is a kernel problem.

plz, whitch options may activate on kernel to get support for my pc?

Later edit: in x86_64, when i modify the clock at shutdown say something like it can't modify something in any modes it know (i will note exactly what it say) and the clock is say still unmodificate hour.

  4. yes, i try it: modprobe snd_emu10k1 . no result.

i have i friend who have Philips PSC 605 (mine is psc 705) and his card use snd_cmipci module. i try this module at me and no result.
