Tried that thing you describe. It gets detected, but not like a netgear card but by a dlink card. Anyway, it mentions that the driver it uses is prism54. But still, no luck here in getting it running. Not even the leds flicker.

Very stange, why do they add it to their feature list as like a big step forward?

Hi, I noticed that the mandrake 10.0 edition has the prism54 driver for WIFI network cards included. However, when i try to install it, nothing happens. The card does not become active, anything. What is the correct procedure to follow? My card is a netgear WG511. Thx in advance!

Hi, i've noticed that there is read support for NTFS partitions in mandrake 10.0. However, when i check my windows partition, i'm not able to write anything to it. Should I enable it somewhere? Thx in advance!
