Hi all I have been wanting to get into linux for a while now (Approx 8 months!) and there has always been one thing or another holding me back. At the moment it is AGP and my radeon 9600 pro. I have done the kernal module compile, they seemed to go ok. I cant get a GUI at the moment, and being in windows XP is not what I would really want :( Cant anybody seee whats wrong here? My mobo is based on the SiS746 chipset although i am not sure of the full model number/make.
