In mdk 9.1 control panel there was a simply tool (wizzard) to setting up samba .... i can't find nothing similar in mdk 9.2 . Where is is ? tnx men ! capp3

:D tnx .... ghghghg ...i installed yesterday mdk 9.2 and then the nvidia drivers .... i spent hours to install the drivers cause i used the kernel-source-2.4.22-21mdk.i586.rpm (which is new and patch the LG cdrom drive problem) and not the original one . A great plause to the Steve Scrempshire's post in which i found the correct link to download the kernel which "match" !!!! .... in the Ixthusdan's post there's only the "updates" and using that kernel u can't install the nvidia drivers . thnx to the forum and to all u men !!!! capp3

ok ... !!! I installed now the drivers ..... yaaaaaaaaahoooooo !!! very simply .... my error was to install the kernel-source-2.4.22-21mdk.i586.rpm and not kernel-source-2.4.22-10mdk.i586.rpm . tnx a lot man , tnx a lot forum !!! capp3

Excuse me ...but how to be sure that my "kernel version matches the source version " ...i have this eroor message installing the nvidia drivers .... GHGHGHGHG ...... THNX capp3

I tried to install the TNT RIVA 32 driver on my mdk 9.2usind the "pkg2.run" file posted in the faq section ...but .... error during the installation cause a kernel trouble (i don't remember exactly the message) . The porcedure i used was the same step by step described in the faq section but i thin this one is not good for 9.2 ..... there' s somebody so kind to help me ? tnx cap
