porrasturvat
I've recently installed kernel-2.6.0.0.1mdk-1-1mdk on my cooker box, and everything works fine, except for my speedtouch usb modem (the green anaconda-like one) I've read so many mails and howto's over this subject but nothing seems to work. Somebody can help me out?

Guest kuchwas
I've recently installed kernel-2.6.0.0.1mdk-1-1mdk on my cooker box, and everything works fine, except for my speedtouch usb modem (the green anaconda-like one) I've read so many mails and howto's over this subject but nothing seems to work. Somebody can help me out? Did you install udev and the newest hotplug? Try putting the name of the modem driver in /etc/modprobe.preload. See what happens. porrasturvat
uploading the microcode to the modem with modem_run works I think (the lights are ok), but whatever I try next (pppd call adsl for example) I can't get the connection up. Sorry if I'm too vague, don't know how to describe it better :P
