Guest Xamusk
For some time now, I've been having the same problem for several programs. When I run them (sometimes they run but a feature or menu item causes the same problem) they don't finish to start, showing only a message saying "Segmentation Fault". Trying to run Blender, I discovered that this happens specially with statically linked programs. Another example is ePSXe, when I try to config the plugins. This happens even with some programs compiled for Mdk. What is happening? Can this have anything to do with corrupted libraries? My PC had to endure some blackouts and I think ReiserFS was not up to it (and ext3 would corrupt even more files). If the gcc libs are corrupted, how can I reinstall them? I use Mdk 9.1. Qchem
It sounds like some kind of broken libraries to me. You just need to force install the library rpms you need rpm -ivh --force nameoflib.rpm should do it
