Guest apcullen Posted November 1, 2002 Report Share Posted November 1, 2002 certain applications are designed for 8-bit color and require X to offer an 8-bit pseudocolor pallette or they won't run. searching google yielded ver little on this, just a suggestion to activate overlay graphics in the config file. option "Overlay" did exactly nothing for me.
