I'm interested in forming a group to translate the step by step "Mandrake HOWTO" guide made by wilson, or at least take part in its development if it has already started. "Wilson's Mandrake Howto" is this document, which I hardly knew. I for one am enthusiastic about this, but a bit loaded with a similar work, so I don't have much time. Anybody interested? As this is a message for spanish speaking people mostly, I'll quote it directly, and post my own translation of /me: Me interesaria armar un grupo para traducir la guia paso a paso de wilson "mandrake howto" o participar de ella. En caso que exista me gustaria aportar traduciendo alguna parte. El Mandrake HowTo de Wilson es este documento, que yo no conocía. La idea me encanta, pero en este momento estoy un poco cargado con un trabajo similar, por lo que no tengo demasiado tiempo todavía. Alguien interesado? No se hasta que punto podras despertar el interes entre *nuestros* hispano hablantes por tu idea, aunque desde luego te deseo la mejor suerte con ella, todo es poco para ayurar a la comunidad. He de decirte que todavia no he podido pegarle un vistazo al howto por lo que no se si merece la pena traducirlo. Lo que si que puedo es sugerirte que visites la página del proyecto LuCAS ( http://lucas.linux.org.mx ), que lleva funcionando muchos años, o la de otros sitios similares, para que les comentes tu idea. En LuCAS encontrarás a mucha gente dispuesta a colaborar. Personalmente siento no poder ser de mayor ayuda, pero ultimamente apenas tengo tiempo de nada ;) --- english version --- Hi chino. I don't know if your idea will be interesting to *our* hispano-hablantes or not, but however I want to wish you the best luck with it, never is enough to help the comunity. I must say that I haven't taken a look to the Howto yet, so I cannot say if it deserves the effort of an spanish version. What I might suggest you is to visit the LuCAS project web page ( http://lucas.linux.org.mx ), which has been working on spanish documentation for years.
