RVDowning
Mandriva is infuriating. Can't they ever have an update that doesn't break stuff? After applying the updates to 2009.0 I can no longer use fish to access my web server. I get "Using sub-URLs with fish is not supported." If I use sudo konqueror, it brings up fish, but it seems it doesn't let me do anything. It acts like it is doing a copy from my local system to the host, but it doesn't really do anything at all. edit Getting rid of kde4 crap seems to have fixed this part. When will I ever learn not to apply Mandriva updates? Removing /usr/share/applications/kde4 seemed to remove the problem temporarilly, but rebooting brought the problem back again. Something somewhere is affecting this. I've removed all the kde4 junk I can find. Edited November 25, 2008 by RVDowning
