iphitus Posted August 16, 2003 Report Share Posted August 16, 2003 Announcing the PyMplayer project. PyMplayer is a command line based Mplayer frontend. It will be like a shell, but for playing Audio, Video, CDs, VCDs and DVDs and is written in Python. It is heavily based around a playlist and there may be a Windows version and a GUI sometime. The idea of this project is just a small project to help me learn Python and as a possible base for a future GUI mplayer frontend. I have already signed up for a project page on Sourceforge.
