jlc
Ok, this might be a stupid question, but I was wondering if it is possible to rebuild RH rpms on a Solaris box to use for my RH box?? I'm kinda lazy this morning and haven't googled yet. My reason is I have a E250 & E4500 that I use for test systems in my staging room & more often than not, they never get used. I was thinking from a pure horse power route that I could rebuild a lot of RH rpms for Athlon-XP optimizations a lot FASTER? What do you all thank, other than I'm
Guest tezca
My reason is I have a E250 & E4500 that I use for test systems in my staging room Arghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been trying to get my hands on one of those from ebay, each time get outbidded!! Solaris has some tools (although I haven't had a chance to really get into them yet, so I don't know for sure) that will let you install rpms on a solaris system with Solaris 9 (I don't know about 8 ) I don't know if it'll work the other way around though, but It might be worth looking into.
