I spent almost 12 hours downloading the game from this link yesterday and this morning and now when i try to run it i get ./armyops-lnx-170.sh.bin: line 6: syntax error near unexpected token `newline' ./armyops-lnx-170.sh.bin: line 6: `<HEAD>' and when i open the file in konqueror expecting teh loki installer i get this page locally, so i opened up Kate to delete the html in the file, figuring that would fix it. But no now when i delete the http from the file and try to run i get this error ./3armyops-lnx-170.sh.bin: line 2: syntax error near unexpected token `Ò' ./3armyops-lnx-170.sh.bin: line 2: `(Ò Ø2 KÅ´ ØÄ Ó)öM' So i was looking through the editors mandrake ships with and saw KhexEdit (binary editor) in Kmenu, so i thought that might be able to read teh odd symbols so i could figure out the syntax error. So once again i opened up tehj file, this time in KhexEdit, deleted the html and ge this error ./2armyops-lnx-170.sh.bin: line 2: syntax error near unexpected token `Ò' ./2armyops-lnx-170.sh.bin: line 2: `(Ò Ø2 KÅ´ ØÄ Ó)öMSfA íe÷¾¥äìXQEP«·b $uíÙ|Ûe¡+º GA¶êÛ©ý¥ãkæý_ÑiêT©öÙIX?ÓApÅrĦe»Ac# óA " &?ÂU¡¹Ú -J£ÁNÛ³d-¯1' <SHR?â`é SO i was wondering if anyone out there has this file around, could the open it in KhexEdit and search for this line of code ..(Ò.. ..Ø.2.KÅ´ .ØÄ Ó).öM.SfA íe÷¾¥äì.X.QE.P.«·b.óA.$uí.Ù|Û.e and if this is the first line im screwed and just have to redownload it, and if it isnt, could the 'paste as text' from 'Edit>Special>Paste as Text' in KhexEdit the lines leading up to this line so i can try that.
