It runs Palm OS 4.1, has a 1"x1" touch screen (160x160 pixel, 16 shade grayscale). 2MB flash RAM, a mini-stylus integrated into the watchband, infrared port, lithium ion battery, and comes with a USB cradle for charging/syncing. You can see it on Amazon by clicking here. It's made by Fossil. They offer this model in Black also, and they also make a Fossil brand that costs $100.00 more, but has the exact same specs (WTF?!).
