RealPlayer frustration

I think I see what you mean. You shouldn't have to right click it. When you just click the link, a new window pops up and it is silent. When you right click in that small window, you get a context menu of realplayer. Does this fit with what you get?

At first I thought, it is not working for me as well but after leaving it up for a while, it started playing. My guess is that it is taking an awful long time to buffer and their volume seems rather low too.

I think your realplayer is working fine actually. You might try the streams at

news.bbc.co.uk

they should play in the normal realplayer.
