Guest oipunx4life
I am currently using konqueror, and am trying to get some info on how to configure global folder view settings. I'd like to have every directory in the filesystem open in detail view, but have been unable to establish this at anything but the individual folder level. How does one make this, and/or any global view settings change like showing hidden folders/files etc? Thanks in advance! ~ oipunx4life
jkerr82508
I'm not 100% sure that this will work, but try Settings and un-check "Save view changes per folder" and then View/View mode/Detail list view. You will then need to save this as the view profile. Jim
Greg2
I'm not exactly sure what you want here. Open Konqueror > View > Show Hidden Files. Then > View > View Mode > Tree View, and take a look at that. You can try different 'View Modes' for one that you like. Then go to > Settings > Save View Profile.
