dr_smit Posted November 27, 2007 Author Report Share Posted November 27, 2007 finally got it: http://forum.mandriva.com/viewtopic.php?p=403614#403614 it says the solution as:-- Finally I figured everything that said legacy from update-menus -v I removed, than in /root I renamed .xdg_menu_cache and renamed some of the inputs (/var/lib/menu-xdg) than I had to run xdg_menu and finally update-menus and now the menu seems clean again....
