Guest aaoutlaw
I am very new to linux and excited about. I am currently using Mandriva (Gnome 2.18) My problem is this, I have a lot of files store on a separate laptop HD (which I bought the enclosure for), but since the drivers are Windows or Mac, I am having a hard time installing. I have read similar post to mine, but none help. I have also tried Wine, which I thought worked but didn't. PLEASE HELP!!! scarecrow
You don't need any drivers for it. usb_storage is a regular kernel module. You just need ntfs-3g and gnome-volume-manager installed, plus some hal setting like the one I suggested here Edited August 14, 2007 by scarecrow
