Guest mzee
"ntfsrw" as cheatcode mounts the ntfs partitions rw. Is there a way to (re)mount these partions on the fly, from within Delft? Thank you.
chris:b
Welcome on MUB, mzee. When you forgot the cheatcode 'livecd ntfsrw' you can do the following. Check with the 'mount' command which is the ntfs device and where it is mounted. Example, it is /dev/hda1, mounted on /mnt/win_c You would do: su umount /mnt/win_c mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/hda1 /mnt/win_c The other way round if you want to remount it read-only. You would do: su umount /mnt/win_c mount -t ntfs /dev/hda1 /mnt/win_c
