neddie
I've been fiddling around with a java program, and I'd like to post screenshots from various platforms. I've got Linux and XP covered, but I was wondering if any kind souls out there would mind making me a screenshot of how it looks on another platform. Of course I'm thinking Mac OSX if possible, because the presentation should be quite different. Or if anyone has any more exotic platforms on which they can run java perhaps? I'm not thinking mobile phones though, because the program needs a reasonable screen size. And I don't think the mainframe versions of java come with the graphics stuff! :D It's a java application, and needs at least JRE version 1.4.2 together with the Swing libraries. If anyone would be kind enough to volunteer, I'll message them the jar and an input file, and they can run it and make a screengrab for me. Thanks! neddie
Thanks to tyme, I now have a screenshot of this program on Mac OSX, and after some fiddling around myself I managed to get one from Solaris too. But my question still stands, if anyone has any other java-capable platforms (like a handheld maybe? as long as it can do java 1.4.2 and Swing) then I'd love to hear from you!
