bluez passkey-agent does not work?

When I try to pair my pc with my phone in mdk07, it fails. I can send files and recieve files, but pairing will never work because there's always a failure in the passkey-agent program.

 

here is the a snippet of my syslog:

Does anyone know how to make this work or know where I can look for help with it? Thank you!
