olddays
I always get the unsatisfied package message while I am installing RPM files. So I can't install all of them.. How can I provide those packages?
ianw1974
What's the full error message, and what are you trying to install? If you downloaded something manually, then yes, you will have dependency problems. If you have all your easyurpmi repositories, you should never have to download anything manually. Mandriva has 15,000 packages readily available.

daniewicz
But Can you fell me how to find urpmi packages? If you configure urpmi using the link Easy-Urpmi at the top right of this page, then the available packages can be viewed using mcc. Open a terminal type su enter the root password type mcc select software management select look at installable software... This is how things work on my Mandriva 2005 installation.
