Hi!

I have a following problem:

I am a beginner and I installed Mandriva 2007. At that time everything worked just fine, except 3D desktop. I have radeon 9200 and beacuse there is a problem with drivers at this card I replaced radeon(fglrx) drivers with radeon(vesa). When I reboot KDE 3D dektop worked fine except when I did this again 3D effects did not wokr. So I replaced radeon(vesa) with radeon(fglrx) and everything worked. But when I at that time rebooted the computer the KDE sometimes did not start (blue screen and cursor), and later appeared black screen. Since then KDE do not start at all! It is only possible to start terminal with CTR+ALT+F7. I tried to install the Mandriva again but the problem remains!

If I in terminal run startx it says:

Xauth: creating new authority file /home/david/.serverauth.6081

Fatal server error:
server is already active for display 0
if this server is no longer running, remove /tmp/.X0-lock
	  and start again.

Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: invalid MIT-MAGIC_COOKIE-1 key
giving up
xinit: unable to cinnect to X server
xinit: no such process (errno 3): Server error.

For additional informations:

I ran linux with:

linux 3 nopinit

then [ALT+CTRL+F1]

startx

and it stops at:

(WW) fglrx: No matching Device section for instance (BusID PCI:1:0:1) found
(EE) AIGLX: DRImodule not loaded
The KEYBOARD keymap compiler (xkbcomp) reports:
>Warning: Type "ONE_LEVEL" has 1 levels, but <RALT> has 2 symbols
> Ignoring extra symbols
Errors from xkbcomp are not fatal to the x servers

Can anybody help?
