i have a problem with installing amsn on mandriva 2007. when trying to install with the rpm package, i get "unable to register rpm file" and then "error registering local packages" messages. When trying to install from tar.gz package ./configure terminates as following:

[root@localhost amsn]# ./configure

checking for prefix by checking for wish... no

which: no tclsh in (/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/lib/qt3//bin)

./configure: line 1406: test: too many arguments

checking tcl build dir... configure: error: Unable to find Tcl directory or Tcl package is not tcl-dev

is there any idea what the problem can be? i cant find this tcl-dev package with package manager...
