Do you know what is the reason? The Weblinks forum is for members who want to post their own websites or other favourite links. The posts have to be approved by a moderator. :) So, I have a Mandriva account. Hid ow can I do a valid Koisk account? There's this link on the page: kiosk.mandriva.com/about#subscribe, but you would have to pay 29.90 euros to subscribe, as Mandriva Kiosk is a product in its own right. For standard (free) documentation, you may find it on the menu under More Applications - Documentation. If you need to install it, go into the MCC and search for package names that include "mandriva-doc". Hope that helps. :)
