hirohitosan
Hi. When I boot my computer I have these options: linux-nonfb linux failsafe which are the differences between? Today I accidentally boot in “linux-nonfb” and I don't see any differences.
scarecrow
linux-nonfb: Normal boot, but with screen output at startup without framebuffer- that is: plain text. failsafe: Like typing at boot "linux 1"- that is, logging at single user mode and with minimal modules loaded. useful for system rescue.
