ATI Xpress 200 Drivers won't finish install

Okay, so I'm writing this from a fresh install of Mandriva 2006 Free x86-64... And finally, I've managed to get to the final step of the ATI Proprietary Display Driver installation, the one where you open a terminal and enter /usr/X11R6/bin/aticonfig -initial, but upon running that, I get this error: "Warning: Could not find configuration file

Please copy configuration file template to /etc/X11". Now, seeing as xorg.conf is already in that directory, what exactly is it asking me to do?
