Help with installation using NFS

I am trying to install Mandriva 10.0 on a Sharp Actius laptop using NFS.

I created the NFS mount on a SuSE box and copied all the .iso files into the directory.

I boot my laptop with the network floppy and then install the network drivers floppy.

Everything appears to work correctly - I connect to the NFS share and select the first ISO

file - then I get this error:

Kernel panic: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel.

Whats up??
