help to turn off auto window opener [solved]

Hi!

A simple question, but I've wasted a lot of time trying to find where to switch this damn thing off :wall:

kde.. options... grumbles...

When I installed new MDV and KDE a few days ago

and when I attached my digicam I got prompted whether I'd like that from now on every time Konqueror opens a new window with that usb storage location.

I agreed, but I didn't know then that it will have problems with my usb digicam and that I'd have to use other programs accessing it (gtkam and digikam),

anyway - I want to switch that auto-opener off,

someone here knows how to do it?

thanks!

I checked and doublechecked - all kdeadmin packages are installed,

even ended up upgrading to the latest kdebase (3.5.1-8) mde subrelease.

I'm willing to suspect that they've just forgotten to compile that particular kdeadmin package!

Not here..............

Ah, at last found it!!!!!!!

under network....!!!!!!!

who would have guessed........

needless to say this inconsistency between various versions of KDE is irritating

one would have wished that they keep their menu structure simmilar if not the same at least in dotpoint releases

It's hard enough without this additional chaos variable to navigate their kcontrol
