teledyn Posted January 31, 2006 Report Share Posted January 31, 2006 I have set the scanner-share option in MCC on both machines, the owner of the scanner is set to share to any machine on the LAN, the client machine is set to use remote scanners and the MCC display shows the remote scanner on the list of available devices. but GIMP only shows the local v4l video camera under the Acquire menu.
