antonis_wrx
I have a mpeg file. I want to edit it, insert menus, images and make a DVD disc... Which program should I use?
ianw1974
If you go into System/Configuration/Packages/Install Software, choose the all programs, and type "DVD" in the search box and click search, you'll get a list of some. Each package has a description against it and will let you know what it does, so you can find the DVD authoring package. I don't know any that are better than another, but you can try what's listed and see how you get on. I believe there is one called "DVD-Author". Someone else might know other names of packages and will post here.
chalex20
There exist CLI "dvdauthor" package, and GUI "qdvdauthor". Are you sure that the MPEG file you have is actually DVD-compliant? What DVD is made of is not some "regular" MPEG.
