antonis_wrx
Is there any program with which I can synchronise my phone book and calendar on my mobile (nokia 3230) with my pc? (like it does with outlook on windows)
devries
It's called multisynk (with a k on the end: urpmi multisynk). It integrates in Kontact (the KDE pim environment) and behaves just like Outlook.
antonis_wrx
from where can I download it?
Kieth
Open a terminal (esempio: Konsole, XTerm), type su, then type your root password, then type urpmi multisynk (as devries wrote), then press enter. It will download and install the program.

Kieth
Install kdepim. It's one of the programs contained in kdepim. Go to System - Configuration - Configure your computer (enter password). In Find, write kdepim, then press Search. You will have a list of programs that you can install. Instead of writing kdepim, you could write multisynk, but search in filenames or descriptions. Then again you will have a list of programs you can install. You can read about each program, before installing it, in the box to the right of the programs listed.
antonis_wrx
Ok I' ll try this when I get home! Thanks mate!
aRTee
Your system responds that it doesn't know multisynk, so I think you have to set up urpmi first, click the easyurpmi link at the top and follow the three step instructions. For more info, see my site or search these forums.

coverup
You have to use a plugin for kontact, if there is one. However, you can sync with evolution and then import the data to kontact (provided, it's possible).
