ffrr
I upgraded from 2005LE to 2006 with mostly minor problems (such as it deconfigured ALL network interfaces - but it was easy to just set them up again. Also it turned off the ntpd start on boot - maybe because of the missing network?) Some remaining problems. Hotkeys in KDE weren't working, until I resaved them in KDE config, and still they seem sporadic. For example, I cannot get the menu to pop up when the 'Windows' key is pressed, like it used to in 2005LE. Don't even know where it's set. All the setup for installation of rpms, updates etc was lost. I have put entries back in there, with the help of Easy URPMI as well, but when I tried to install Wine just now, it complained about invalid keys. I tried the 'manage' keys dialog, and even added a couple of the 6 or so keys there, but it didn't help. Again, not sure what I'm doing here.
