najand Posted September 24, 2005 Report Share Posted September 24, 2005 When I boot from the CD, I am presented with the yaboot 1.3.9 messages. I have tried all gui installs and none of them works. A blue screen with a "x" sign in the middle of the screen and everything freeze afterwards. So I had to use the install-text options. Everything went fine, until I had to perform video configurations. According to the Apple Documentation attached with my imac I have a "ATI Rage Pro Turbo" Grapphic Card. I tries to find it in the list, but it was not there. Any other "ATI Rage"'s I tried failed or during the configuration test the computer just freezed. I don't know what should I do else. Would you please help me to solve this problem? Thanks for your kindness, in advance.
