adolfix Posted August 14, 2005 Report Share Posted August 14, 2005 (edited) When I execute the command man mktemp I obtain the following options : mktemp [-q] [-u] template And in this link http://linuxcommand.org/man_pages/mktemp1.html I obtain the following options : mktemp [-V] | [-dqtu] [-p directory] [template] Why the -V and the -p options are not available with the bash delivered by Mandriva ? When I execute shells containing mktemp with the -p option they fail. What can I do to be able to make work shells using the -p option ?
