You could try this (I found in a google):

1. Download Thunderbird on the windows machine, and import the EMAILS directly using their built-in importers.

2. Look for the directory "Application Data > Mozilla" usually under Windows, although it may be placed somewhere else depending on whether it's W9x, W2000, WXP, etc. (C:\Documents & Settings\Username\etc\etc)

3. Copy the directory "Mail" into your Linux Machine.

4. Fire up Evolution and import them, since now they are in MBX format (but you'll have to import one directory at a time, which can be a hassle if you have lots of directories.

To Import the Address Books:

(You need to have Outlook (not just Outlook Express) installed for this to work.)

1. Download the program Outpod (search for it on Google)

2. If you want to import your addresses from Outlook Express, Open the Windows Adress Book (usually under Programs > Accessories in your Start Menu)

3. Using it, Import you Outlook Express Address Book, .WAB extension into it. It usually resides in Windows > Application Data > Address Book

4. Now Open Outlook and Import your Windows Address Book into it. This can be a little tricky, but once it's done, your almost there...

5. Fire up your newly downloaded program Outpod, select all the emails and export them as ONE Vcard

6. Copy this file to your Linux machine, fire up Evolution and import this file into your contacts carpet selecting the Vcard format (Evolution may complain that it's importer isn't ready. Just give it some time, and it'll work)

Hope that helps.
