Monitoring Network

Make sure it's reading the correct networkcard. Perhaps you have a mobo with more then one networkports or 2 networkcards? (Change eth) to eth1 or 2 or 3)

I have just one network which is a standard dial up ISP. Where or how do I select the network for monitoring? I don't see a "setting" option on the network monitoring window.

I feel like an idiot. . . I downloaded Knemo, installed it and now I can't find it to activate. According to the down load site, it has to be started in Control Center/KDE Components/Service Manager. Okay, but I can't fine those directories in the control center. I'm one of those who needs ABC instructions.

That is one of the things not emphasised enough, namely that you have to log out and back in again for it to initiate. I usually reboot and since one so rarely needs to, I don´t regard this as an issue. After that it is clear sailing.

Cheers. John.
