papaschtroumpf
firefox in LE2005 uses the "red dinosaur" Mozilla icon, not the fox one or some generic one. I would like to change it to something else (either the blue globe used in the shortcuts or the fox one). I know how to change a shortcut icon, but is the application icon built into the application so I can't change it? I don't mind the left corner of the titlebar being the red dinosaur icon but I don't like it in the taskbar. I could learn to live with it but I'm just curious how to change it. bvc
based on this thread http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=29908 this was written http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=30133 unless you have set up sudo you will ignore the sudo command and start from cp as root. Also, you will probably have to add the version of firefox in /usr/lib to the commands

bvc
I didn't do it, but I rarely use firefox and use epiphany. I fallback on firefix when I have a screwy version of epiphany and vice versa.
