papaschtroumpf
I installed LE2005 this weekend and when I went to setup software sources I noticed that plf is now split in free and non-free sofware. I assume that they use free as in speech, not as in beer, so that I should probably add both?
tyme
yes, free as in speech. free = completely GPL, no legally issues. non-free = still GPL, but not legal for distribution in some countries (like the U.S.) or requires a license to use legally. they won't charge you, but you may be breaking a law in your country.
