toxic
Hi I am kind of new in the linux words so please explain so I understand. I'm using Madrake 10.1 My problem is when I select Linux from the bootmenu when I start the comp, it goes through the startup procedure and after it finishes it goes straight to a plain blue screen. I cant figure out how to get it off the plain blue screen, the pointer doesn’t show and none of the keys I hit do anything... its just a plain wall of blue. Is there anything I can do or do I have to reinstall mandrake 10.1 hope some one can help me.
arctic
hi there. :) i think your problem is the nvidia graphic card. there are many topics on how to solve this. take a look at our faq-section and/or use the search tool (top of this page) and search for "nvidia driver install" or something like this. there are plenty of topics that will help you installing the nvidia drivers. if you need further assistance, just post your questions in here. good luck. :D
