Hi!

I've installed Firefox in my home folder, but I tot no shortcut to the browserl. How do I make one. Would appreicate it very much if anyone can help me with this :D

I'm rather new to Linux.

My computer:

Abit NF7-S, AMD 2800+ (barton), Twinmos Dual DDR 512x2 (matched), HDD 2xS-ATA 160 Gb, Gainward FX 5700 Ultra, NEC DVD-RW, Altec Lansing Spreaker system, DSL 8 Mbps

It depends on how you installed it, with an rpm or with the tar.gz if it's the latter then you'll find it in the folder that untarred, it will just say firefox. If it's the former (the rpm) then it's in usr/bin

 

I've installed a tar.gz and it's in the folder that I untarred it to. There's a "script" named Firefox, but how do I get a shortcut on the startmenu? Thnx for your reply :D
