Guest zoulou123 Posted February 16, 2005 Report Share Posted February 16, 2005 We have a server currently running on MDK 10 AMD64 with Software RAID 1 on the system disks (2x 74GB 10K). We wanted to upgrade to 10.1 Club X86-64 but we realized there was no support for Software RAID during installation on this release. Because of this, our existing 10.0 partitions are not recognized and there's no way we can perform a safe upgrade without compromising the data. I tried looking around for an updated 10.1 X86-64 release with Soft RAID support, but with no luck. Any idea anyone? I've noticed the "updatemodules" during setup but we're not exactly sure how to use it. Maybe we can use that function to insert the "Soft RAID (md)" module and enable it for installation.
