I have a toshiba laptop with a texas instruments 1410 Cardbus. I believe the cardbus is the issue because I have tried several cards, but im open to different suggestions :afro:

lspci picks up the controller, but none of the cards I've ever tried, including the DWL-G650 i have in there at the moment have shown up under anything in lspci. Not even as unknown ethernet adapter or anything. :wall:

What can I try? The ti1410 is supposed to be supported from a long time ago in pcmcia-cs, and I'm running 10.1 community.

Many thanks for any suggestions!

Matt

Hi.

I believe to have the same problem.

I have a Controller CardBus Texas Instruments PCI-1410 that with lspci looks ok, but I am not able to find any wi-fi running.

Just for info the cards are Netgead MA521 and a DLink. Both cards are running on an other notebook.

Thanks to all people that could help me.
