Guest indio Posted February 13, 2005 Report Share Posted February 13, 2005 (edited) Hi, I 'm trying to install 10.1 power pack, and just after the licence staff, the installer outputs detecting disk/ide|scsi|Hardware_raid|firewire card nVidia Corp. and then silence, nothing happens. I 've this has happened before but I didn't find any workarounds. My configuration: AMD64 nforce4 chipset - A8N -sli deluxe NV6600GT SATA maxtor 200GB I'm trying the IA32 build because I don't want to face the whole bunch of incopatibilies with pcie/nvidia cards /no 64builds for closed source everyday use stuff.. And NO, the DVD is not corrupt, others have installed mandrake from this very dvd. What do I do to get past this stage?
