Does anyone know of an e-book reader application that could be modified by a programmer and then included within a commercial software project, without causing a licensing conflict?

The portion of the project which would include the modified e-book reader, would actually be given away free of any charge to the customers.....however, the security requirements and nature of the function of the modified e-book reader requires the modified source code to not be made available to any reciepient of the modified e-book reader in the free software.

The kind of file the e-book reader operates upon, is really dependent upon what application is discovered that fits the above limitations.

I would perfer working with an open source e-book reader application, if any exist.

I greatly appreciate your thoughts and suggestions. :thanks:

And second, assuming no e-book reader exists to fit the above requirments, do you think it possible to modify Mozilla to accomplish such a thing?

:wall:
