cannot access windows partitions

I just installed Mandrake 10.5 last week and it runs great! But, I have a slight problem accessing my windows partitions with icons on my desktop. they worked before but stopped working yesterday. I have all my mp3's on a specified partition in windows and I usually use the shortcut that was placed on the desktop by default. since everything on that partition is music, I decided to make the default run program Amarok, instead of Konqueror. Now I cant set it back. I believe it affected the 3 other windows partitions that I have also. I can still access all the files on those partitons by opening Konqueror and browsing to the directory that the partitions are mounted to, but I would prefer to get my icons working again. :juggle:

You should be able to right-sclick on your desktop, and create a new "Link to location." For the URL, enter something like "/mnt/windows". I'm not sure why right-clicking on the icons to change the association back didn't work, but I'll assume you tried that without success. Setting mp3s to open with Amarok shouldn't be a problem, just do it for an individual mp3, and not the folder.
